Ralph Elliott is a dynamic seminar leader, having received rave reviews at more than 200 presentations around the world. Internationally, he has presented marketing seminars in Oxford, England; Kaohsiung, Taiwan; Belfast, Northern Ireland; Brisbane, Australia; Dubai, UAE; Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Sofia, Bulgaria; and Auckland, New Zealand, to name a few.
During 2007, in recognition of his distinguished service and achievements in continuing education, Ralph was made a fellow of the University Continuing Education Association (UCEA). Most recently, Clemson University established the Dr. Ralph Elliott Endowed Award for Outstanding service to Off-Campus, Distance and Continuing Education. The annual award recognizes and honors a Clemson University faculty, staff, and/or administrator who has contributed to the field of credit or non-credit in a worthy and an exemplary manner.
At Clemson University, Ralph was vice provost for Off-Campus, Distance and Continuing Education. He led the growth of the continuing education program from 70,000 USD to a multi-million dollar program serving over 20,000 adult learners. Ralph’s years of practical, hands-on experience in developing, marketing, and presenting literally thousands of seminar/conference programs means that you can capitalize on his success by making him a part of your team.
He continues to serve as Chairman of the Board for the Clemson University PACE Advancement Board. He is on the Board of Visitors for the University Center of Greenville...having previously served as Chairman of the Board for the Center. Ralph is also Founder and Executive Director of the Effective Seminar Marketing Institute (LLC)...a group that helps organizations build attendance at events. Elliott also serves on the Editorial Review Board of the Journal of Executive Education.
Ralph holds a Ph.D. in economics from North Carolina State University. As a Professor of Economics at Clemson, his 70 publications include a best-selling database monograph and the classic "Effective Marketing and Selling of In-House Programs."
